Shipping Information

750Kicks offers worldwide shipping on all orders. Below you will find more information about our worldwide delivery service.


Shipping costs

We charge a €10 flat shipping rate on all domestic orders.
We charge a €20 flat shipping rate on all international orders.
Are you an international customer (non-EU)? Check more info about tax at International (non-EU).


Domestic (NL)
Domestic orders will be shipped and delivered by Post NL.
Your order will be delivered within 1-4 business days once it has been shipped.
You can keep track of your order with the Track & Trace code. We will send you this code by e-mail.


International (EU)

Your order will be delivered within 2-14 business days once it has been shipped.
You can keep track of your order with the Track & Trace code. We will send you this code by e-mail.


International (non-EU)
Please contact us if you wish to ship your order outside the EU and we will further assist you.

International customers (non-EU) are responsible for import taxes and additional fees due to customs clearance after shipment. 750Kicks is not responsible for any import duties that may apply upon arrival.


Return policy

  • Any request for a return must be reported by email to our customer service at info@750kicks.nl within 14 calendar days of delivery. Without contacting us first there is no possible way to return the shoes. We operate on different locations as a team, so our return address is not the same as our shipping address. 
  • The returned products must be completely new, i.e. not worn and in their original packaging perfectly intact. Our team will strictly check the product. Returned products showing any signs of wear of use or damages will not be accepted. Additionally, the return request will not be accepted if the product is made unreasonable for sale or if the product does not correspond to the one initially ordered. 
  • Returned products must be sent in an extra shipping package to prevent any damages to the original shoe box. 750Kicks has the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged.
  • Shipping costs made to return your order will not be reimbursed by 750Kicks.


  • If the return request is accepted, the refund will be processed automatically and credited to your original method of payment. This can take up to 3-5 business days.
  • If the return request is refused, the customer will be informed by e-mail within 2-3 working days. 750Kicks will then ship back the returned items to the customers address at their expense.

Please note: It is not possible to return Requested items that are provided by our Request service. These items can not be refunded because they are special requests. They are not delivered from our inventory but found and bought for that customer only.

TIP: We advice our customers to use a traceable shipping service/shipping insurance when returning an item worth over €150,- to guarantee the return. 750Kicks is not responsible for any lost products when customers return products.
