Return and Refund Policy

If you want to return or exchange your order, we are here to help you! Exchanges or returns are possible within 14 days of arrival of your order.

You can return your items for (1) store credit, (2) another pair of kicks or (3) a refund through your original method of payment. 

 

Any return request must be reported by email to our customer service at info@750kicks.nl within 14 calendar days of delivery.

 

How do I return my order and what are the conditions?

 

  • Send an email to info@750Kicks.nl within 14 days of arrival of your order with your full name and order number. You will receive further instructions about your order in the e-mail. In this e-mail you will receive the return label from us. Please keep in mind that shipping costs will not be reimbursed by 750Kicks, so the customer has to pay for the shipping costs. We are only possible to process the return if you use the return label you received from us.
  • The returned items must be labeled and returned in the original packaging. Returned items that show signs of wear, use, damage or that indicate that they do not match the items originally ordered through our website, will not be processed by our team.
  • Returned items must be sent in a separate shipping package to avoid damage to the original item and packaging. 750Kicks has the right to refuse your return request if the original packaging is damaged or if you have not returned the item according to our return conditions.
  • Shipping costs made during the return of your order(s) will not be reimbursed by 750Kicks. 750Kicks will make the shipping label for the customer to speed up the process and make it more easy for the customer to return the shoes. 750Kicks is not responsible for lost products when customers return products.
  • If your return is accepted, the amount of the order will be credited to your original payment method. If you have asked for an exchange, you will receive an email with your new order. It can take up to 2 business days for your refund to be processed.
  • If your return has been refused by 750Kicks, you will be informed by e-mail by our customer service within 2 business days. 750Kicks will send the returned items back at your expense.
